Willingcott Valley is set in over a 100 acres of stunning countryside, offering high quality self-catering accommodation with two, three and four bedroom holiday cottages. The site has far reaching views set in a beautiful and tranquil landscape, with numerous ponds and lakes. It is ideally situated for exploring the North Devon coast and picturesque towns and villages nearby.
We take great pride in our grounds and have carefully landscaped areas where you can enjoy the great outdoors. Sit next to a pond and enjoy a picnic with the resident wildlife or explore one of the endless walks in the surrounding countryside. There is communal seating and a BBQ area.
Self Catering Cottage Holidays
We have a selection of traditional holiday cottages available to hire for short breaks or longer stays. Our Woolacombe cottages are finished to a high standard with cosy interiors and spacious living areas, ideal for socialising with family and friends. They are well equipped with everything you'll need for a self-catering break. Enjoy beautiful views without having to step out the door!
We have a small selection of facilities for guests to use during a stay at our North Devon holiday village. Facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (May-Sept), central clubhouse (CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT) and two childrens play areas.
The site has extensive parking close to each cottage, so you are more than welcome to bring multiple cars on your break. This is especially handy for extended families or friends holidaying together.

The holiday village is just 2 miles from Woolacombe beach, regularly voted the best beach in the UK with 3-miles of glorious golden sands, perfect for beach life. Other fantastic beaches can be found at Croyde or Saunton and are only a short drive away. Whether you wish to build sandcastles, explore rock pools, roam the dunes, picnic, paddle, swim, surf or play family games, you can achieve all of this at this wonderful holiday destination.
Things To Do in North Devon
Surfing is one of the most popular sports in North Devon, and the surf scene in Woolacombe, Croyde & Saunton is outstanding now being awarded a World Class Surfing Reserve status. Experienced surfers, beginners and body boaders alike will love the area and all that the North Devon coast can throw at them. If you fancy exploring the area and seeing a variey of landscapes and local wildlife then try walking the accalimed South West Coast path or cycling The Tarka Trail, both in close proximity. The Tarka Trail is an old railway line that has been transformed into an amazing free cycle route, a recreational facility that can be accessed near the entrance to Willingcott Valley and through the estate.
