All our holiday cottages are traditionally built and offer high quality self-catering holiday accommodation. The spacious properties are perfect for couples, families and friends and the open plan living/ dining areas are great for entertaining. Cottages are converted from old farm buildings offering a sense of character and charm whilst others are bespoke.

The holiday cottages sleep 2 to 8 people comfortably and suit all types of holidays across all seasons. Whether you're visiting as a couple or with extended family and friends, you'll find the perfect cottage to suit your needs. Our largest self catering cottage sleeps 8 adults but multiple cottages can be organised should you require. This is a great option for multiple groups looking to holiday togther.

Willingcott Valley Cottages
All properties are furnished to a high standard and well equipped with everything you'll need. Quality white bed linen and towels are provided along with a starter pack with a small selection of essentials. Some cottages provide a welcome pack in addition.
Our North Devon holiday cottages are fitted with a range of amenities to create a home from home experience during your holiday in Woolacombe. Ceramic hobs, electric ovens, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers can be found in our rental properties. Amenities may vary between properties we now have an on-site laundry if required.
Underfloor heating is in the majority of properties, whilst other cottages will have thermostatically controlled radiators. Please check before booking or contact us for full confirmation.
Your Holiday Cottage Includes;
- White bed linen and towels (hand towel and bath sheet per person).
- Starter pack; tea towels, washing up liquid, hand soap, bin bags, cloth, sponge and dish washer tablets (where applicable).
- Welcome pack; tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits (please check individual cottages).

Booking Information
Arrivals in the cottages are available on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays although this may vary per property with off-peak and peak variances. 3 and 4 night short breaks are available - this is great for families seeking a long weekend in Woolacombe.
All cottages are no smoking and sorry, no pets allowed.
