Willingcott's Food Truck
Our food truck is a part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our amenities while we work toward reopening the clubhouse, restaurant, and bar. Our goal is to elevate the on-site experience for everyone at Willingcott by providing a much-needed food option that will bring people together through tasty meals that can enjoy with loved ones.
Menu
Our menu changes often, offering new dishes like gyros, falafels, buttermilk fried chicken burgers, and a tasty hash brown pile. Stay updated on our latest offers by following our official food truck page on Facebook and Instagram.
Location
The food truck is situated on an elevated ground at the far end of the main parking area. It is easily visible upon entering the site, and signs display specific details. The location offers picturesque views of the countryside, with ample seating and picnic rugs available for guests. Children can play freely in a safe environment, and complimentary games are provided. In the event of unfavourable weather or if you prefer to dine at home, takeaway options are also be available.
Local Ingredients
Provenance is important to us, therefore we strive to use locally sourced produce whenever feasible. The meat we use is sourced from farms within a 10-20-mile radius of Willingcott. As part of our unique offering, we feature a variety of 'house-made' recipes including burger sauce, granola, and tomato base sauce for pizzas. In the future, these items will be available for purchase, allowing our guests to take home a piece of their experience.

The food truck is operated by our very own chef, Ashley Jackman. Ashley is deeply enthusiastic about this new venture and brings with her years of experience and great success in the culinary industry. Here's a message from the chef...
“Hello everyone, let me start by introducing myself, my name is Ash and I have over 20 years of experience, as a chef. I have worked in some amazing restaurants, alongside very talented chefs, learning and trying to take in as much knowledge as possible. Food is my PASSION, and I always aim to deliver an outstanding experience. A taste, a smell, can evoke memories, a feeling that can bring you comfort or make you excited. It is a universal language that can bring everyone together. I would like to share my expertise with you, and create new food memories here at Willingcott, that will make you crave more.”
Other Facilities
In addition to our fantastic food truck, we offer a heated outdoor swimming pool that is open during the summer—it’s ideal for unwinding with loved ones. We also have two play areas for little ones to burn off some energy while you relax.
Thanks to Willingcott’s location set on expansive green landscapes, we have plenty of seating areas and picturesque spots to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
