Children's Play Area's

Guests can make use of 2 children’s play areas during a stay in one of our self-catering cottages in Woolacombe. The play areas are situated in scenic grounds, close to our accommodation. They boast a variety of play equipment to keep younger members of the family entertained. Children can while away the hours after a busy day exploring North Devon and all of the fantastic family friendly activities and attractions on offer. The play areas are the perfect place to let off some steam with siblings or new found holiday friends.

There’s a variety of play equipment to choose from at Willingcott Valley. Whilst most is geared towards primary school age children, older kids are welcome too. The play park is the perfect place to spend quality family time in the great outdoors during your short break or extended getaway. There’s nothing better than getting the kids out in the fresh air and away from devices when away from home.

Play equipment includes:

·      Swing set – child and infant swing

·      Climbing frame with netting and slide

·      Adventure net with balance beams and rope

·      Elevated stepping stones

There is rubber matting underneath all of the equipment for added peace of mind. 

Recreational area

Our well-equipped children’s play parks are surrounded by grass, where children can play ball games or run around until their hearts content. There’s a picnic bench for adults to socialise and watch the little ones play in the sunshine.
