Starting from Willingcott
Willingcott Valley is set in Woolacombe, meaning that you can easily set off on their walking journey right from our doorstep. We ideally situated for walkers eager to explore Section 4 and 5 of the South West Coast Path. Section 5 runs from Woolacombe to Braunton. The path offers a variety of distances tailored to different walking abilities and preferences; for those looking for a shorter trek, a stroll to Croyde provides a manageable option. More experienced walkers can take on the challenge of continuing all the way to Barnstaple! Alternatively, section 4 runs from Combe Martin to Woolacombe.

We are also nearby popular towns such as Ilfracombe and Lynmouth meaning there's further options for exploration. After a day of exploration, Willingcott Valley boasts a range of facilities to ensure an enjoyable stay. Our on-site food truck offers a range of delicious options, perfect for refuelling energy after long walks. Families will appreciate the two play areas designed for children to burn off some energy, all set within expansive green spaces, perfect for strolls or picnics. Guests can cool off in the outdoor swimming pool, which is open from May to September, making it an ideal spot to relax after a day of adventures.
