The holiday cottage is located at the lower part of the estate and has extensive grounds outside to explore. The cottage is ideal for large families and groups of friends with 3 excellent bedrooms; 2 ensuites, a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property benefits from superfast Broadband. Ground Floor: Open plan living room with fire and dining room with very well-equipped adjacent kitchen. Livingroom compromises two sofa's with Smart TV. Large wooden dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen area with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, air fryer, Nutribullet and washer/ dryer. Cloakroom with WC and basin.

First Floor: Bedroom 3 - Adult twin, Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed, en-suite power shower, handbasin and heated towel rail (no WC), Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed with en-suite power shower, basin and heated towel rail (no WC). Bathroom; bath with overhead power shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
