Woolacombe Spring Classic Surf Festival
The Spring Classic festival is an exciting new addition to the events calendar in Woolacombe. Taking place on 27 - 30 May 2022 the inaugural festival promises to be an action-packed weekend of surf, skate, live music and ride culture.
This is a great opportunity for the community to come together and appreciate some of the UK's finest surfers competing in Woolacombe Bay, North Devon. Don't miss it!
Surfers go head-to-head
Woolacombe Spring Classic has announced a fantastic line-up for its Surfing Invitational. A chance to see some of the country's leading surfers in action, as well as some of the local talent.
With the recently announced World Surfing Reserve status, surfers from far and wide are more eager than ever to ride the North Devon waves.
The judging panel will rate contestants for a number of criteria including classic style, flow and surfers who are having the most fun out on the water.
Taking place at Combesgate beach, one of the excellent surfing beaches in North Devon. This unique location will provide a stunning view for everyone to enjoy the competition.

Live music by the waves
An electric line-up of musical artists will provide a perfect soundtrack for the weekend. Acts announced for the 2022 Woolacombe Spring Classic include Hot Chip (DJ Set), Crazy P, The Nextmen and many more.
Classic Ride Culture
As well as the fun on the water, there will be a celebration of wheels at the event. The Spring Classic will host a paddock of custom and classic bikes and vans, providing a showcase of all that is to be admired with ride culture.
Celebrating the great outdoors
The Woolacombe Spring Classic Festival will have a strong family fun and wellbeing theme throughout the event. This will be showcased via a number of nature trails, campfire activities, junior jungle and wildlife storytelling.
